Walt Butcher, Ph.D (Consulting Partner)

Dr. Butcher focuses on international agricultural economic development as well as energy planning and policy. He has served as a consultant to several government agencies including the General Accouting Office, the Bonneville Power Administration, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, among many others. Additionally, he has conducted overseas projects funded by the U.S Agency for International Development and The World Bank. Over the past several years, these advisory roles have included assignments in Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and the Orient.

     

Holly Wang, Ph.D (Consulting Partner)

Dr. Wang is an associate professor in the Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics at Washington State University. She specializes in risk analysis and management. Her 9 years of research experience on risk and finance has led to several research grants. In addition, she has contributed numerous articles published in leading Agricultural Economics journals.

     

Roger Martin, Ph.D (President)

Dr. Martin is Senior Economist and Regional Representative with Resource Analytics Incorporated, USA. Dr. Martin specializes in using computer based statistical analysis, forecasting, simulation and optimization modeling techniques to increase yields, reduce risk and optimize return on investment. In the oil and gas sector, Dr. Martin has used simulation and forecasting methodologies to help predict the probability of adverse outcomes and thereby reduce risks and improve returns on investment.
